Western Queensland Distillery: Tasting Paddle

Western Queensland Spirit (WQS) is a hand crafted, small-batch distillery that produces gin, vodka, rum and liqueurs using unique botanicals found in the Western Queensland outback. Sustainability is at its core with a focus on unique botanicals being sourced as close to the distillery as possible. With the new Distillery and Cellar Door now open on Saturday's and Sunday's, Western Queensland Spirit offers a unique Outback experience for visitors to enjoy and experience the spirits and scenery.

Tasting Paddle

The signature experience at Western Queensland Spirit is a tasting paddle which includes four of the products that WQS produces.  

The Tasting Paddle experience is guided by a WQS Staff Member with an overview of the Distillery operations and an insight into making spirits in the Outback.

The Tasting Paddle does not include food.

All prices are quoted in Australian currency and include GST.   

Free of Charge Policy (FOC)
Bus driver & Host are eligible for FOC entry.

Final group numbers and guest details below are requested 14 days prior to arrival (email: [email protected]):
•  Special requirements (e.g. mobility)
•  Dietary requirements (if meals are included)
•  Host or Driver name and mobile phone number
•  Expected arrival and departure details

Cancellation and Amendments
Cancellations or amendments must be advised in writing (email: [email protected]).
•  Over 14 days prior arrival:     no penalty
•  13 – 8 days prior to arrival:    50% cancellation fee applies
•  7 days prior to arrival:            100% cancellation fee applies

Should Western Queensland Spirit be forced to cancel a tour due to operational or circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be applicable to the group or an opportunity to swap to an alternate date. 

Young Travellers
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.    
Infants and children 0 - 4 years travel/enter free of charge with no meals provided.
